Many European countries are now asking the question of deconfinement. Can we trust the people? How far can we open businesses and schools? There is however a country where the question does not even arise, because it has never known compulsory confinement, it is Sweden.

The mortality rate is certainly higher there today than in the other Nordic countries, but it is also much lower than in France, Belgium or Spain. It is also one of the few countries in the world where shops and schools are open, but that does not mean that the rules have not changed.
