Among the many issues related to deconfinement, there is that of municipal elections. The 5000 cities which must organize a second round are the subject of a showdown between the right and the government. But when will this second round of municipal elections take place?

On the right, we are fighting for these new elections that the second round will be held from the start of September to capitalize on the very good scores of last month. And especially to be able to launch the battle for 2022 as soon as possible. The only certainty this morning is that the 31,000 candidates elected in the first round will be installed at the end of May during extraordinary municipal councils which will have to hold public as requires the law.
