Since then, the molybdenum concentration of the characteristic pollutants at various monitoring points along the river basin has continued to reach the standard. The 275-kilometer section of the Hulan River has basically been cleared, and the water environment quality of the Songhua River has not been affected. . On March 28, Yichun Luming Mining Co., Ltd. had a tailings sand leakage incident, and leaked 2.53 million cubic meters of sewage with tailings. The Ministry of Eco-Environment organized more than 30 experts from all over the country in the field of eco-environment guidance, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Headquarters mobilized all forces inside and outside the province to carry out emergency response work in an all-round way. In the two battlefields of Yijimi River and Hulan River, two major projects of "pollutant control" and "pollutant cleaning" were implemented respectively. Construct 18 intercepting dams in Yijimi River successively, add coagulant and flocculant to achieve sedimentation and molybdenum reduction, and control and reduce the sewage sludge discharged from Yijimi River. Set five points on the Hulan River using sluices and bridges on the river, add flocculant to flocculate and settle the pollutants, and reduce the concentration of molybdenum pollutants in the sewage sludge through multi-level peak shaving. The "Beheading Operation" was carried out on the old bridge section of Lanxi County in the lower reaches of the Hulan River about 70 kilometers away from the entrance of the Songhua River, and finally the peak sewage was reduced to reduce the pollution.
