"Stores that want to open must obtain a barcode which they must display at the entrance," explains Siavosh Ghazi, correspondent for France 24 and RFI in Iran. "Likewise: they must respect a certain number of distancing instructions, in particular the wearing of masks or the separation of sellers and customers with a plastic curtain."

However, the situation is not close to returning to normal immediately. It remains "a partial reopening," says Siavosh Ghazi. And he continues: "The large shopping centers or the Tehran bazaar will remain closed, as will all sports or cultural centers, cinemas, theaters, cafes, restaurants and even religious places."
