China News Service, April 15 (Xinhua) According to the website of the Jilin Provincial Health and Welfare Committee, on April 14 at 0-24 hours, Jilin Province added 2 newly confirmed cases imported overseas (1 case in Changchun City, 1 case in Jilin City), of which Changchun One case in the city changed from asymptomatic infection to a confirmed case. As of 24:00 on April 14, the province has accumulatively reported 9 confirmed cases imported overseas, 4 cases cured and discharged (2 cases in Yanbian Prefecture, 1 case in Changchun City, 1 case in Jilin City), and 5 cases in hospital isolation treatment (Jilin City) 3 cases, 1 case in Changchun City, 1 case in Meihekou City). 121 of the above-mentioned close contacts of confirmed cases imported abroad, 45 have been released from medical observation, and 76 are undergoing isolation medical observation at designated locations.
As of 24:00 on April 14, Jilin Province had no new confirmed cases and no new suspected cases for 51 consecutive days. A total of 93 local confirmed cases were reported in the province, 92 cases were cured and discharged, and 1 case died.
From 0 to 24 April on April 14, there were no new asymptomatic infections in Jilin Province. As of 24:00 on April 14, the province has reported a total of 4 cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad, of which 3 cases have been corrected as confirmed cases, and 1 case has been released from quarantine medical observation.
Case 1 is an asymptomatic infected person reported by Changchun City Infectious Disease Hospital, from Jilin City, working in Thailand. On March 26, take flight 9C8522 (20F) from Phuket, Thailand, arrived at Shanghai Pudong Airport at 20 o'clock on the same day, and did not leave the airport. Then transferred to CZ6542 flight (56C) at 12:00 on the 27th and arrived at Changchun Longjia Airport at 14:00. The Changchun Municipal Government transported a special vehicle to the centralized isolation point in Changchun City for medical observation. On March 28, the case had a positive nucleic acid test result, and was immediately sent to the Changchun City Infectious Disease Hospital for isolation medical observation by 120 ambulance. Its body temperature was normal and there were no abnormal symptoms. The municipal expert group diagnosed as asymptomatic infection. In this case, 19 people in close contact with the same flight and the same car in the province were quarantined for medical observation at the designated location. During the isolation medical observation, the CT imaging examination of the lung of this case showed inflammation changes. On April 14th, the provincial and municipal expert group consulted and revised it as a confirmed case.
Case 2, a native of Shulan, working in Russia. On April 2, he took flight SU1700 (26H) from Moscow and arrived at Vladivostok at 6:55 on April 3. On the same day, he took a customs bus to Suifenhe port and was transferred to Suifenhe city centralized isolation point for medical observation. On April 4, he was transferred to the Mudanjiang Centralized Isolation Point for isolation medical observation until April 12. During the period, two nucleic acid tests and one serum antibody test were performed, and the results were all negative. On April 12, the case was transported by Shulan city government car to Shulan city centralized isolation point for isolation medical observation. On the evening of April 13, the third nucleic acid test of the case was positive, and was sent to Shulan City People's Hospital for isolation treatment by 120 ambulances in the early morning of the 14th. On the same day, the provincial and municipal expert group met and diagnosed as a confirmed case. Twenty-five people in close contact with the case who were transported in the same vehicle were isolated for medical observation at designated locations.
