According to the official Weibo of the China Earthquake Networks Center, a magnitude 3.2 earthquake occurred in Renqiu City, Hebei Province. When the earthquake felt strong, there were reports of earthquakes in Beijing, Tianjin and other places. The largest earthquake in recent years within 50 kilometers of this earthquake was a 5.1 magnitude earthquake that occurred on July 4, 2006 in Wen'an County, Langfang City. In addition, an influential earthquake near this earthquake was a magnitude 4.3 earthquake that occurred in Yongqing County, Langfang City on February 12, 2018, and was 79 kilometers away from the epicenter.
