Less than 24 hours after its promulgation, this decree was therefore finally withdrawn. The order was issued Friday, April 10 by the mayor, a lawyer by profession. The day before, the Minister of the Interior Castaner called on the prefects to withdraw municipal decrees on the wearing of compulsory masks in public spaces.
