Yesterday, moderate to heavy rains occurred in central and northern Shandong, and local rain-to-snow or sleet occurred in Weifang, Zibo, and Linyi; 1-9 mm snow or sleet appeared in southern Qinghai, northern Sichuan Plateau, and northeastern Tibet.
