Three people were newly infected on the 10th: a man in his 60s in Nihonmatsu, a man in his 50s in Motomiya, and a woman in his 20s in Koriyama.

According to Fukushima Prefecture, a man in his 60s in Nihonmatsu City is an employee who works at the Nihonmatsu Post Office where a cluster has occurred, and has suffered from joint pain, muscle pain and fever since this month. The infection at Nihonmatsu Post Office is the ninth, including one reported by Miyagi Prefecture, and there are 32 close contacts of infected people at Nihonmatsu Post Office.

On the other hand, a man in his 50s in Motomiya City is a city employee working at the multipurpose facility "Epaka" in the city, and is believed to be the third infection of employees of the Nihonmatsu Post Office. Since the 5th of this month, throat pain and fever have been reported, and there have been 28 close contacts associated with this facility.

Women in their 20s in Koriyama are employees of a company that provides nursing care. This means that on 1st of this month, the sense of taste and smell was abnormal, and on 5th, symptoms of loose body and coughing appeared. The woman has a child in a nursery and has a fever on the 7th of this month, so she will undergo a PCR test in the future.

All three newly infected individuals are mildly ill and will be hospitalized in the future.

The number of infected people in Fukushima prefecture is now 36.
