Former employee arrested for assaulting elderly in hospital at nursing home
Prosecutors have not charged a man arrested for assaulting and injuring a senior citizen in a paid nursing home in Tokyo.
A former 28-year-old employee in a paid nursing home in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo, was arrested in January last year by the Metropolitan Police Department in October for assaulting and injuring a woman in her 70s.
Prosecutors have charged the former employee with no charges by the 10th.
Prosecutors have not disclosed the reason for the disposition.
