Secretary General of the Presidency of the Democratic Republic of Congo Vital Kamerhe was arrested on Wednesday after testifying in an investigation into an alleged embezzlement of public funds. The analysis of Bob Kabamba, professor of political science at the University of Liège and director of the Political Support Unit in Central Africa.
