A "Corona car" in the form of a giant virus roams the streets of southern India driven by a powerful engine to spread awareness among Indians of the need to stay at home in order to surround the outbreak of the new Corona virus.

This small single-passenger spacecraft made of luminous green fibers, its developer, Indian engineer Sudakar Yadav, has deployed on its circular structure the red tips similar to the thorns of the virus. The "Corona car" travels through the streets of the city of Hyderabad, known for its many technology companies, to remind residents of the dangers of the "Covid-19" epidemic.

Yadav, 67, said: "People are not afraid, and they are still on the streets despite the obvious danger."

He added: "My message through this technical car is to make them understand the danger of going out into the streets and to confirm that the safest place at the moment is the home."

Yadav pointed out that the development of this vehicle was inspired by the virus-made helmets worn by policemen elsewhere in India, in an attempt to raise awareness of the dangers of the emerging Corona virus in a manner that bears some novelty.

This Indian engineer, who holds the record in the Guinness Book of Records for designing the world's largest tricycle, explained that the police in Hyderabad were "supportive" of him in this project.

He said, "They want to shine a light on this car to raise awareness."
