Supreme Court postpones all six trials scheduled for this month. Receives emergency declaration. April 8 12:03

Following a declaration of emergency, the Supreme Court announced this month that it would postpone all six scheduled cases.

A defendant sentenced to death by the first and second trials in a murder robbery in Maebashi six years ago was scheduled to be argued.

The Supreme Court states that the case will be postponed, but that documents will be accepted as usual.
