Telephone consultations will be accepted from 10 am to 5 pm daily until the 20th of next month, and staff from NPO corporations will respond.
The supported languages are English every day, Chinese every weekday, and other languages such as Korean, Thai, Spanish, Filipino, etc., specify the day of the week once a week.
