Doctors at clinics obscenating more than 10 patients or 12:13 on April 8 in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo
Last year, a 67-year-old doctor was arrested by the Metropolitan Police in a clinic in Arakawa-ku, Tokyo for alleging obscene behavior to a patient's woman.
