A local official report stated: In view of Comrade Chu Tingzheng ’s violation of the regulations to accept food and drink, and in violation of the spirit of the eight central regulations, on April 6, 2020, the Communist Party of China ’s Beihu District Committee decided to remove Chu Tingzheng ’s party post and follow the procedure. Removal of other duties; the disciplinary violations will be investigated by the Beihu District Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China; the North Lake Branch of Chenzhou Public Security Bureau has accepted the case in accordance with the law and is investigating the suspected indecent assault on others.
