In response to the "Emergency Declaration" issued, inquiries from the citizens have been made one after another at the telephone consultation window set up by Osaka Prefecture on the night of July 7.
Telephone consultation has been set up by Osaka Prefecture in response to the "Emergency Declaration" issued to Osaka and other countries, and has started accepting calls.
Calls for consultation have been in place since the very beginning, and according to Osaka Prefecture, there are many telephones that inquire about the details of self-restraint requests to go out or facilities that are being considered for use restrictions.
Consultations are accepted from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, and on the 7th of the first day until 10 pm.
The first weekend, Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th, will be open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, same as weekdays.
