The organization Global citizen announced via artist Lady Gaga during the WHO press conference on Monday that a large gala will be held to support and celebrate healthcare staff.

The gala will be held on April 18 and broadcast in a wide range of countries, both via TV channels and digital platforms under the name One world: Together at home.

According to Lady Gaga, who co-organizes the gala, $ 35 million, equivalent to more than SEK 350 million, has already been raised to support WHO's work against the corona.

Performances will be hosted by, among others, Alanis Morissette, Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Chris Martin, David Beckham, Eddie Vedder, Elton John, FINNEAS, Idris and Sabrina Elba, J Balvin, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Kerry Washington, Lang Lang, Lizzo, Maluma, Paul McCartney, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Shah Rukh Khan and Stevie Wonder.

Tonight's host will be American talk show hosts Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Colbert.
