Sunday, a 15 year old teenager was arrested and placed in police custody, at the police station of Agde, in the Hérault, after having been fined four times, in 15 days, for non-compliance with the rules of confinement, indicates Raphaël Balland, the public prosecutor of Béziers.

Already known to justice, the young man would have justified his behavior "by the wish to find his friends or his girlfriend", continues the magistrate.

The teenager will have to explain himself next May 7 before a juvenile judge in Béziers, with a view to his possible indictment. He must also appear before educators of the judicial protection of youth.
