The patient arrived from the United States via Taipei at 11:10 on the 23rd to Beijing Capital International Airport on March 22. After a few hours at the Capital International Airport, he arrived at Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport at 19:35 that night and was sent to the centralized isolation point in Lanzhou New District. Isolation, negative for the detection of new coronavirus nucleic acid on March 24, transferred to Lanzhou city centralized isolation point for isolation observation on March 25, regular isolation of isolation places, isolation in single room, daily temperature measurement observation, successively on March 26 and 31 Negative nucleic acid test for new coronavirus was done twice. During the isolation period, the patient had dry throat and sore throat with no clear cause on April 3, and the patient developed cough on April 4 with a small amount of white sticky sputum, accompanied by systemic aches, and was tested positive by the new coronavirus nucleic acid. Transferred to the Lanzhou Pulmonary Hospital, chest CT showed left upper lobe nodules with halo signs, diagnosed as new coronary pneumonia. A total of 10 cases were diagnosed (except for Iran charter flights). A total of 5 patients were cured and discharged. Currently, 2 patients are hospitalized and isolated in Linxia Prefecture designated hospital, and 3 patients are hospitalized and isolated in provincial designated hospital. A total of 374 close contacts have been traced, 289 medical observations have been dismissed, and the remaining 85 are undergoing medical observation.
A total of 47 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia imported from Gansu (including 37 cases of Iran charter flights, all have been cured and discharged), and a total of 42 cases have been cured and discharged.
From 2:00 on April 4 to 8:00 on April 5, there were no new confirmed or suspected cases of new coronary pneumonia in Gansu. A confirmed imported case from Hubei was cured and discharged today. At present, there are no local cases in Gansu, and a total of 4 close contacts of imported cases in Hubei have been traced, which have all been quarantined.
There were no new asymptomatic infections in Gansu from 8:00 on April 4 to 8:00 on April 5, and there are currently 3 cases of asymptomatic infections (including 2 imported from abroad and 1 in China).
