It is one of the best exponents that less can be more. Hated by some, loved by others, push-ups are one of the most effective exercises to get very strong without using any type of material, just our body weight.

Without gums, without weights and with no more space than the one that occupies our mat, the push-ups sculpt the upper body, from the shoulders to the 'core' (that magical space that extends from our ribs to our pelvic floor), also activating glutes and legs (if they are done as they should be).
