Guest of the Table des Bons Vivants, Cyril Lignac invites you to please your children, but also the older ones, by making this cookie recipe with two chocolates, ideal in these times of confinement.

Ingredients:

120 g brown sugar

120 g caster sugar

300 g T45 flour

6 g baking powder

175g soft butter, ointment

1 whole egg

190 g milk chocolate

190 g dark chocolate

Preparation:

Finely chop the chocolates with a knife, set aside.

In a bowl, put the two sugars, the flour and the yeast.

Then add the butter, previously cut into pieces and then the egg. Add the chocolates.

Place the dough on a sheet of silicone and form a sausage, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 170 degrees.

Then cut slices about 2.5 cm.

Place your cookies on a baking sheet then on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.

Let cool.
