[Explanation] At 19:00 on April 1st, the mountain fire line spread behind the battery line of the Jiuxiang Forest Fire Southern Line Battery Plant in Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, over the ridge and heading towards the seashore. After more than 3,000 people tried their best to extinguish the fire, as of 14:00 on April 2, all the open flames of the fire had been extinguished, and they had shifted to the smoke clearing point, remaining fire, and anti-rebound stage.
[Explanation] On the morning of the 2nd, the reporter walked along the fire hose for about an hour, and came to a smoke spot in the mountain behind the battery factory to see that the forest fire brigade, militia and local villagers were using water pumps, wind extinguishers and other equipment to extinguish Afterglow and smoke. Zhu Ping, a political commissar of the Sichuan Ganzi Forest Fire Brigade that is being disposed of at the scene, told reporters that 100 people from the detachment assembled at the battery plant on the Shanxi side at 7:30 a.m. on the 2nd. Clean it up.

[Explanation] In the early morning of March 31, the Sichuan Ganzi Forest Fire Brigade rushed from Kangding to Xichang and immediately started continuous fire fighting operations. Zhu Ping said that the local complex environment brought many problems and risks to their rescue work.

The second is that the vegetation in the forest is relatively lush, there are more combustibles, the load of combustibles is relatively large, and the humus layer is relatively thick, which is likely to cause the forest fire to burn violently. The third is that it feels that the water source in Liangshan is difficult, very dry, and it is difficult to get water, which also brings us great difficulties in fighting fires. The fourth is that the climate is also more complicated. After 10 am to 12 pm, the wind is relatively strong and the wind direction is uncertain.
[Explanation] Liu Xin, a 25-year-old fireman, sat paralyzed on the ground after the smoke was extinguished. Although young, he has 6 years of fire rescue experience. The twelve 18-type fire extinguishing bombs carried on Liu Xin's body weighed 25 pounds. Even during the rest period, he never unloaded.

Li Ronggang, the person in charge of Chang'an Subdistrict Office, said that their subdistrict office mainly organizes militia and villagers in their area, and goes up the mountain to cooperate with professional fire teams to extinguish the remaining fire.
