"In the early days of the epidemic, we found that there were no mask factories in Tianhe District, and some grassroots personnel were very nervous about using masks. Therefore, we initiated the Hong Kong and Macao youth to do a meaningful thing together, and also used our Hong Kong and Macao youth's entrepreneurial spirit to build a mask production line. Contribute our strength to fight the epidemic. "Said Lin Huibin, director of the Hong Kong and Macau Youth Home in Tianhe District, Guangzhou.

In early February, Lin Huibin launched a proposal to build a mask production line at the home of Hong Kong and Macau youth in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. As soon as the news came out, young people from Hong Kong and Macao soon signed up to participate. The four core members formed the founding team of the mask production line. Among them were entrepreneurs and executives of well-known companies.

After the team was formed, the four core members tried to raise more than one million yuan to solve the problem of starting capital for the mask production line. Then, each person claimed his own division of labor and was responsible for different areas of work. The vice president of Guangzhou Huangzhenlong Herbal Tea Co., Ltd. General manager Huang Weiwen is responsible for the site and production, Lin Huibin is responsible for finding equipment and channels, and there are people responsible for the qualification of raw materials and related mask production.

Lin Huibin said that they have not been exposed to mask production before. This is a start-up project from scratch. Members have encountered many difficulties. First, they need to find qualified mask production machines, and then the production workshops that require a sterile environment. The last is to solve the problem of raw materials and skilled workers.

It is understood that the mask production machine consists of two parts, mainly divided into slicers and headphones. In order to find a suitable mask production machine, Lin Huibin ran a number of factories in Guangzhou, Foshan and other places. After comparing many manufacturers, he finally found a suitable price and high quality machine in Shantou.

After the problem of the mask production machine was solved, Huang Weiwen found a way to coordinate a sterile tea production workshop from Guangzhou Huangzhenlong Herbal Tea Co., Ltd. as a production site, and transferred more than 10 employees to help provide a sterile environment and manpower for the production of masks.

After the three core issues of machine, site, and manpower were resolved, the mask production line passed the green channel of the Tianhe District Government. After passing the inspection, the mask production qualification was quickly obtained. With the raw materials in place, after nearly two months, Ready, the mask production line was finally put into production on March 25th.

The reporter recently visited a mask production line created by Lin Huibin and others. This production line is in a food production-grade aseptic production workshop and requires multiple passes to enter. In the workshop, two mask production lines are running fast, and more than a dozen workers are performing mask sorting and packaging.

Huang Weiwen said that their current mask production line has two fully automatic production lines, 24 employees 24 hours of non-stop production, daily output can reach nearly 160,000.

Lin Huibin said that the masks they produce will be mainly used for the resumption of production of Hong Kong and Macao enterprises in Tianhe District and the start-up of Hong Kong and Macao youths. At the same time, they will donate a portion to the front-line staff in Tianhe District. The price is put on the market.

"Now the epidemic situation in China has been relatively stable, and the supply and demand of masks have also become more balanced. On the contrary, the epidemic situation overseas is more serious. In the future, if overseas Chinese need it, we will try to help them as much as we can." Lin Huibin said. (Finish)
