"My old friend, Dr., told me," wrote Dolly, 74, on Twitter. "Naji Abu Murad, who has been involved in research for several years at Vanderbilt University, is making some exciting progress in their research on finding a cure for the Coruna virus."
"I donate a million dollars to (Vanderbilt) for that research, and to encourage people who can donate," she wrote on Twitter.
It should be noted that Dolly's charitable donation comes after she recently said that she believes that the Corona epidemic is a "lesson" from the Lord.
