Spain has dawned with a new record of deaths from coronavirus in a single day: 950 victims of the coronavirus in just 24 hours despite the fact that the advance of the epidemic seems to have slowed down, as the number of infections grew at a rate of 8% instead of the 20% rise it registered last week.

Those officially cured now total 26,743 people, compared to 22,647 yesterday.
By autonomous community, Madrid reached 32,155 cases , compared to 29,840 registered yesterday. Catalonia now exceeds 20,000, with 21,804 cases (yesterday it accounted for 19,991 infections).
