[Explanation] The current overseas epidemic situation is still in a rapid spreading stage, and imported cases abroad have led to a significant increase in close contacts still in medical observation. In this case, should centralized medical observations or home medical observations be made on immigrants and their close contacts? We advocate the implementation of centralized segregation observation. We do not advocate or support home segregation. Why not advocate home isolation? For immigrants, some people are asymptomatic, and symptoms and illness may occur during the observation period. If by the time he develops symptoms, it has actually caused transmission.

[Explanation] Wu Zunyou said that immigrants and their close contacts are separated from their homes and have living contact with family members. When they have symptoms, they have spread the epidemic. Arranging these personnel for centralized isolation can avoid this phenomenon.

For centralized isolation, we have summarized a set of measures and management methods in the past. We have the ability to observe all the immigrants in isolation, and also to find patients in isolation in a timely manner. It should be said that centralized isolation can prevent input The social spread caused by cases will not cause a resurgence at the social level in China.
