According to the Tianjin Health and Health Commission website, there were no newly-reported confirmed imported cases reported in Tianjin from 6 am to 6 pm on April 2, and 5 people were discharged from the hospital. Accumulated reports of 41 imported diagnosed cases abroad (37 cases of Chinese nationality, 2 cases of U.S. nationality, 1 case of French nationality, 1 case of Philippine nationality), 7 cases were cured and discharged, and 34 cases were hospitalized (4 heavy cases, 22 normal cases, and light 8 cases).
From April 6 to 18:00 on April 2, there were no new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia in Tianjin, and a total of 136 confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia were reported, including 73 males and 63 females; 133 patients were discharged from the hospital and 3 died.
There are no asymptomatic infections in Tianjin under medical observation.
As of now, there are 85 suspected cases in the city, and a total of 3008 close contacts have been investigated, and 342 are still undergoing medical observation.
