In Mexico, the government is still resisting mandatory containment measures. Since Monday, it is strongly recommended, but not sanctioned, to stay at home during the month of April. The country tries to reconcile everyone while 56% of the active population works in the informal sector and that half of the Mexicans live under the poverty line. For many, confining oneself means starving yourself.
