On March 31st local time, the RV at the waterfront parking lot was used as a quarantine area for COVID-19 patients at Dockweiler Beach in Los Angeles, California. During the new crown pneumonia outbreak, people who were unable to isolate themselves because of homelessness or living with high-risk family members were reportedly using camper vans to isolate them.
