At 16:35, fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene. After questioning the scene, they learned that due to the hot weather, six teenagers chose to swim in a shoal area near the Nujiang Bridge. After the first teenager got into the water, he joked to his companion that he was drowning. He never really wanted to drown when the other companions were preparing to rescue him. Seeing this, two companions jumped to the rescue and ended up drowning together. Later, three companions who were still on the shore came to Zhugan to rescue the first launch boy and one launch boy, while another sink boy sank into the bottom of the river and disappeared.

After inspecting the scene, the fire commander, public security police, and nearby village cadres studied and deployed search and rescue. However, due to the different depths of the water bottom and the rapid return of the river, the search of the launch was fruitless. Repeated trials on long-line net fishing and scratch hooks did not work. At about 17:00 that day, nearby villagers successively found fishing nets, bamboo rafts and other tools, and the rescue force at the scene was divided into two groups to search and rescue again. At 17:24 on the same day, the rescue team successfully searched and rescued the missing boy to the shore and had no vital signs. (Finish)
