From the Armed Police Liangshan Detachment, among the 19 firefighters killed by the Xichang wildfire, in addition to a local guide, 18 of the Ningnan County Forestry and Grassland Bureau's professional fire-fighting team were youngest 25 years old and oldest 47 year old. The average age of the 18 fire fighters was 38.2 years, of which 3 were party members.
