The Jordanian Minister of Interior instructed the governor of the capital, Amman, yesterday, to arrest a groom who had celebrated his wedding in the quarantine in the Dead Sea region, and received congratulations and gifts with his bride from the king and queen.

The groom was arrested after he was received by his relatives in one of the regions of the Jordanian capital yesterday, in violation of the pledge he signed, and he committed himself to him before leaving the hotel he was staying in, which is for quarantine.

An official source in the Jordanian Ministry of Interior said that the groom and his family also violated the "Defense Law", which led to their arrest and detention in a reform and rehabilitation center, in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures against them.

The source added that it will not be tolerated with anyone who violates the "Defense Law", and take the most severe legal measures against anyone who violates the law.
