A 60-year-old woman living in Hong Kong died of pneumonia caused by a virus on a passenger on a cruise ship Diamond Princess who was confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, women were being treated at a medical institution, but their nationality and detailed schedule could not be clarified by their families' intentions.
Cruise ship passengers died in 11 people.
