Some media recently reported that according to the EIA, Zhanjiang wording appeared in multiple places in the environmental impact report of the Shenzhen Bay Channel Dredging Project (Phase 1), which was suspected of plagiarizing the Zhanjiang Channel Dredging Project EIA.

However, in some qualitative analysis, the previously completed report was used as a template, and uncompleted reports were submitted.
