• Covid-19. Last hour of the coronavirus crisis
  • Episode 2. # we stay home: Take care of mental health
  • Episode 1. # nosquedemosencasa: Children and telework

How many days have we been home? Sometimes you have to stop to think whether it is Saturday or Tuesday. I'm Virginia Hernández and this is the third episode of #nosquedemosencasa, the podcast that the newspaper El Mundo publishes during these days of confinement due to the coronavirus crisis.

I read that in Wuham some restrictions have already started to be lifted after two months of bolting. Written by Lucas de la Cal, the newspaper's correspondent in Beijing.

Lucas was one of the only western journalists to cover the coronavirus crisis in Wuham. Then he returned to Spain with 20 other compatriots and spent a quarantine at the Gómez Ulla hospital in Madrid.

There she met Dácil , a Canarian, Spanish teacher and resident in Wuham with her Chinese citizen husband. And with Krzysztof , a Pole from Granada and a prestigious violinist.

Lucas returned to Beijing to continue reporting and serves us from there. Dácil and Krzysztof are still in Spain and, like you and me, they are in the house.

Only for them it is the third quarantine since this 2020 began , which we will never forget. The three, in this order Lucas, Krzysztof and Dácil, agree on their advice: patience and lots of humor.
