According to the website of the Inner Mongolia Health and Medical Commission, as of 24:00 on March 27, 2020, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region had no new confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia and no new suspected cases of local new coronary pneumonia for 38 consecutive days.

From March 27, 2020 to 7:00 on the 28th, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region reported two newly confirmed cases of newly imported neocoronary pneumonia and two suspected cases.

Among them, suspected cases of new crown pneumonia diverted to Hohhot Baita International Airport on the CA856 (London-Beijing) flight on March 25 were investigated in accordance with the relevant requirements for the prevention and control of new crown pneumonia of immigrants. Experts at the two levels of the city consulted and diagnosed the confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia; on March 26, the suspected new coronary pneumonia cases diverted to Hohhot Baita International Airport on flight CA934 (Paris-Beijing) were carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements for the prevention and control of new coronary pneumonia of immigrants After the investigation, the experts from the Autonomous Region and Hohhot City consulted and diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia.

Two new suspected cases of imported new coronary pneumonia were taken on the CA856 (London-Beijing) flight, and were diverted from the Capital International Airport to Hohhot Baita International Airport on March 27, in accordance with the relevant requirements for the prevention and control of new coronary pneumonia of immigrants. The investigation was conducted by experts from the autonomous region and Hohhot at the consultation level. On March 27, a suspected case of new coronary pneumonia was diagnosed.

As of 7:00 on March 28, 2020, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has reported a total of 19 confirmed cases and 11 suspected cases of imported neocoronary pneumonia abroad.

The above patients were all under isolation treatment at the Fourth Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. All close contacts were centrally isolated for medical observation at designated sites in Hohhot, and implemented closed-loop management throughout the process.
