The death of a giant, the Cameroonian saxophonist Manu Dibango died on Tuesday March 24, near Paris, from the consequences of the coronavirus. He was 86 years old. The creator of "Soul Makossa" was a source of pride for all of Africa and a link between the continent and the West. Youssou N'dour was one of his disciples.
