A disinfection operation was carried out on Tuesday in a command post of the Lyon metro due to a suspected Covid-19 at a regulator, causing all traffic to stop for several hours, TCL said.

Since 1:00 p.m., the four metro lines (A, B, C, D) and the two funiculars (F1 and F2) "have stopped operating," said a spokesperson for the Lyon transport network. Traffic nevertheless resumed gradually around 3:30 p.m.
