Two new cases confirmed in Chiba 44 people in Chiba Prefecture March 22 at 18:33

In Chiba Prefecture, it was newly confirmed that two men and women in Abiko and Ichikawa were infected with the new coronavirus.

According to Chiba Prefecture, the new cases were confirmed by women in the 30s who live in Abiko and men in the 60s who live in Ichikawa.

Of these, a woman in her 30s stayed in Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa, for work from 10 to 16 this month.After returning to Japan, she had a cough, a headache, and a fever of 38 degrees or higher. Confirmed.

After returning to Japan, the woman went to work for a company in Tokyo by train for three days from the 17th, and she is currently hospitalized at a medical institution and her symptoms are mild.

No clear contact with pneumonia patients has been confirmed.

On the other hand, a man in his 60s had a cough and a feeling of malaise in Osaka, where he was transferred alone, on and after 17th of this month. When he returned to his home in Ichikawa City on the 19th, the fever rose to 37 degrees and 8 minutes. I went to see a doctor and found out.

Men still have a fever of 38 degrees and will be hospitalized.

The man has not traveled abroad within two weeks prior to onset and has not seen any clear contact with pneumonia patients.

Chiba Prefecture is conducting health observations of close contacts such as family members in cooperation with related local governments. The number of infected people in Chiba is now 44.
