Their behavior is included in the management of personal credit records. The parties shall bear the costs of centralized isolation or treatment and shall be held accountable according to law.

In order to effectively respond to the risk of importing new crown pneumonia overseas, and effectively protect the public's life and health, in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the prevention and control of new crown pneumonia epidemic should be further improved The announcement is as follows:
I. Immigration personnel (indicating Chinese citizens returning to the country, foreigners entering the country, and stateless persons) should come to the community (village) of the destination consciously before entering the country, regardless of whether they enter directly through the country or transit from other cities in the country. Reception units or guesthouses and hotels should declare truthfully in advance and make good health registration. Relevant communities (villages), reception units, hotels and hotels shall report the information of immigrants to the local county-level epidemic prevention and control headquarters and public security organs in a timely manner. Those who fail to register and report the information of immigrants in accordance with the requirements will be held accountable according to law.
2. Returnees who are suitable for returning from overseas must consciously cooperate with the local epidemic prevention and control department to implement centralized or home isolation observation, and perform epidemic prevention and control measures such as new coronary pneumonia detection and screening. For those returning to China who are not concentrated and quarantined in other places, they must be quarantined for 14 days after receiving vacancy and undergo health screening such as blood routine, CT, and nucleic acid tests. Those overseas returnees who have expired in the field and have obtained a health certificate should be incorporated into the community (village) prevention and control system in a timely manner and kept at home for 14 days.
3. Overseas returnees who deliberately conceal their contact history and residence history, deliberately misreport their illness or refuse to implement epidemic prevention and control measures, should be included in the management of personal credit records, and the parties shall be responsible for the costs of centralized isolation or treatment, and shall be responsible for them in accordance with the law. 4. All legal entities in the city shall strengthen the management of the entry and exit of the staff of their units, and report in advance the return trips and physical health of the exit personnel. The general public shall return to the local county-level epidemic prevention and control headquarters and public security organs for foreigners who are found to be likely to violate the epidemic prevention and control regulations.
