According to JR East, the JR Musashino Line had suspended driving on the entire line between Fuchu-Honmachi Station in Tokyo and Nishi-Funabashi Station in Chiba from around 1:30 pm due to strong winds, but at 3:04 pm Operation resumed on all lines.
