Almost thirteen months have passed since Algerians march every week to demand a change in the political system in their country. The "Hirak" has considerably changed the lines, from now on what future for this movement which brings together the different trends of Algerian society? Hocine Belalloufi has just published "The insurgent people, in reform and revolution", published by Croquant, pleads for the opening of negotiations with the authorities, with a view to a political transition. He answers questions from Alexis Guilleux.
