In order to ensure the safety and convenience of mass travel and the orderly resumption of work and production, the QR code of the "health card" is divided into three types: red, yellow, and green. Urban and rural residents holding the "green code" can travel normally after the temperature measurement is normal; those holding the "yellow code" and "red code" must be strictly controlled in accordance with the relevant epidemic prevention requirements, and can only travel normally after changing to the "green code".
The reporter learned that during the epidemic period, the "health card" is based on the personal health and travel data of urban and rural residents. At the same time, sources said that elderly people, minors, or those who were unable to obtain a "health card" through the Internet platform due to special circumstances, could pass the manual verification with their original passports and other valid documents and normal temperature measurement.
