[Explanation] Zhong Nanshan, the leader of the high-level expert group of the National Health and Medical Commission of China and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, said at a press conference organized by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government Press Office on March 12 that he found after exchanges with Italy, Japan and Singapore There is still a gap between countries' views on the new crown pneumonia epidemic, and countries should strengthen prevention and control exchanges.
Zhong Nanshan said that many provinces in China now have zero growth, which proves that the new crown pneumonia epidemic has been better controlled under the joint prevention and control mechanism.

But now it is gradually transformed into (foreign) imported (cases), which are imported from abroad. It often seems that it does not mean that there are many symptoms, or that it is found during the testing or isolation process (severe new coronary pneumonia). Of course, some are symptomatic, but they do not necessarily have a fever. This situation is a bit similar to ours. At the beginning of the 1,100 patients treated in China, the situation was a bit similar, that is, almost 50% did not have a fever. Some have coughs and have common cold symptoms, which is not a serious matter, but when they arrived in China, they found that they got new coronary pneumonia.
[Explanation] Zhong Nanshan believes that this situation shows that overseas countries have not paid enough attention to their own situation, and China needs to do more testing to strengthen the control of imported patients abroad.

So what we should pay attention to now is to strengthen the control of these imported patients. In particular, Guangdong, the coast, and the Pearl River Delta have relatively close relations with foreign countries. This is worth noting, that is, it has become a new source of infection or a channel of infection. My personal opinion is that if you are in a hurry to come to China, you should do a nucleic acid test. The method of nucleic acid test is more accurate than before.
[Explanation] Zhong Nanshan said that in less than two months, China has gained its own experience and lessons in the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic, but overseas alertness is not very high.

Communication seems to be very important, because I have already communicated with many countries. After the exchange, I found that there are still gaps in opinions. It has been less than two months in China. With its own views, experiences and lessons, communication (with foreign countries) is still very much needed. Such communication can promote us to some drugs to affirm its efficacy. Because we are encounters, with the foundation of encounters, communicating with them can enable them to take less detours, further communication, and reduce its fatality rate.

My suggestion is that calling on countries to respond to the appeal of the United Nations World Health Organization is to have a country-level intervention, if all countries can be mobilized. I am very glad that Italy has acted, and South Korea has also acted. In the past two days, the number of new cases in South Korea has decreased, and the decline has been more obvious. If so, I still look forward to the possibility of June (end of the epidemic).
