Bicycle shop employee female killed Possibly killed March 5, Fukuoka 13:51

On the night of April 4, a 42-year-old female employee was found dead at a bicycle shop in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, and his death was confirmed. Police are investigating the possibility that the woman may have been killed, including evidence of strangulation on the woman's neck.

At 9 o'clock on the 4th night, two men and women who came to the shop found that a woman had fallen at a bicycle shop "Tote Cycle Sumiyoshi Store" in Sumiyoshi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City and reported it to the police.

According to police, it was Hiroko Komori (42), an employee of the store, who had fallen, and the death was confirmed on the spot.

At that time, even though the store was open for business hours, the fact that the lights in the store had been turned off had told the police that an acquaintance who had visited the site thought it was suspicious.

According to investigators, Mr. Komori was lying on his back in the store, with a scar on his neck.

Police suspected that they may have been killed, and have been conducting investigations, including conducting on-site inspections on the morning of the 5th and examining the bodies in detail.

The site is an area where restaurants and condominiums stand 700 meters west of JR Hakata Station.
