Leaving empty-handed from the César ceremony, Hors Normes will finally be entitled to a reward. The film by Olivier Nakache and Eric Toledano has just been awarded the César des Lycéens 2020, unveils a press release from the Ministry of National Education and Youth, as well as from the Academy of Cinema Arts and Techniques.

This prize was awarded by an electorate of 1,689 final year students from 78 classes of general, technological and vocational high schools, located throughout the metropolitan territory, in England and in Mayotte.

An award ceremony on March 11

The procession of voters (in the company of their teachers), elected Hors Normes from a selection of seven films: Thanks to God by François Ozon, Portrait of the young girl on fire by Céline Sciamma, Roubaix, a light by Arnaud Desplechin, Les Misérables by Ladj Ly, La Belle Epoque by Nicolas Bedos and J'accuse by Roman Polanski.

This César des Lycéens will be awarded to the winner and his team on Wednesday March 11, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Grand Amphithéâtre de la Sorbonne in Paris, during a meeting-debate. As a reminder, Hors Normes highlights the importance of the associative environment in the care and support of autistic children.
