Eight days after the results of the independent investigation carried out by L'Arche International which revealed the sexual assaults of Jean Vanier on six women, between 1970 and 2005, within the framework of spiritual accompaniment, left those who admired this icon of charity in a state of amazement and deep sadness. The investigation shows that the co-founder of L'Arche remained under the influence of Father Thomas Philippe until the end and that he had applied the mystico-sexual deviances of his mentor.
