Hayden Panettiere wanted to reassure her fans after the arrest of her husband, Brian Hickerson, for domestic violence. A surfer asked her how she was on Twitter, and the actress replied "Always good," as People noted. Brian Hickerson was apprehended by police on Valentine's Day around 2:30 a.m.
According to the legal documents obtained by TMZ , the 30-year-old man would have punched the star of Heroes on the right side of the face. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 12.

In May 2019, Brian Hickerson had already been arrested and charged with domestic violence against Hayden Panettiere and the couple separated. The aspiring actor was facing up to four years in prison when he appeared in court in July of the same year. But he got away with it in September, for lack of testimony from the actress, as recalled by People.
In November, Hayden Panettiere was seen hand in hand with her attacker and they were together again until this last argument.
