Lindsay Lohan's mother prefers rehab to prison
Dina Lohan seems ready to go to rehab. Arrested for drunk driving and hit and run after hitting a car in January, Lindsay Lohan's mother had a court date in Long Island this week. Faced with the six months in prison she faces, she said that she was seriously considering spending some time in rehab. "It's a good thing," said judge Patricia Harrington to Dina Lohan, as Relays Page Six.
It is not the first time that the actress's mother has had problems because of her use of psychotropic drugs. Dina Lohan was notably arrested in 2014, again for driving under the influence of alcohol. "We are very optimistic that Dina will not go to prison and we hope that when she returns to court, he will be in a favorable disposition," said her lawyer.
